At GetPetly, we know how exciting it is to receive something special for your furry friends. We work hard to ensure your orders are packed carefully and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most residential and commercial addresses across Singapore.

Delivery exclusions

We currently do not deliver to:

  • Jurong Island
  • Military camps and restricted military areas
  • Airports and other restricted-access areas
  • PSA / port areas and other restricted-access locations
  • Prisons and detention facilities
  • Offshore islands without standard road access
  • Any location requiring special security or access clearance

If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to check.

Standard Delivery

Enjoy free standard delivery when you spend S$30 and above in a single order.

For orders below S$30, a delivery fee of S$1.90 will apply.

Standard delivery usually takes:

1–3 working days after your order has been confirmed.

Express Delivery

Need your pet supplies sooner? We offer Express Delivery at S$10.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day.

Express delivery is subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and packed after payment confirmation.

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure your delivery details, contact number, and address are accurate before completing your order.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sale periods
  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Unforeseen delivery circumstances

We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to keep you updated if any delays occur.
